Dutch Customer Service Agent
Are you passionated about Customer Service, Logistics, E-Commerce and do you speak dutch? Valeur Customer Service is already assisting Danish, Swedish, Norweigan and Finnish webshops in handling their Customer Service, and from January 2020, we will start our onboarding of Dutch E-Commerce businesses as well.
Your daily assignments
In the role of a Dutch Customer Service Agent, you offer customer high qualitative customer service, assist them in questions regarding online purchases, orders, payments, logistics and represent the company in a professional and polite way. You will guide your clients through incoming calls, emails and chats.
What we expect from you
– You speak native Dutch and can communicate on a good level of English.
– You have experience with customer service.
– You feel comfortable working with a computer.
